The ability to adapt to new cultural living and working conditions is critical for the 50+ worker abroad. This is the number one skill most often mentioned by the recruiters I have spoken with. It forms the basis for your success or failure.
The first step in assessing your adaptability is recognizing and evaluating the way you adjust to change in your daily life in your home country. Do you feel comfortable being flexible and adaptable?
