Whether you teach a classroom of 50 high school students, or a single businessman in a coffee shop, you must be a creative performer – drawing out shy, insecure students and helping them achieve the most that they can. And no matter how prepared you may feel before you step off the airplane, you can be sure that your new teaching position will surprise, challenge and occasionally frustrate you.
