I write to you from Washington, DC, where I'm excited to be participating in the first ever IIE Summit on Generation Study Abroad (GSA)! We got a chance to do some sightseeing around town (see photo) before getting up early and heading to the conference, where our MyWorldAbroad exhibitor booth has been busy all day.

The Forum on Education Abroad has a growing collection of documents, correspondence, publications, manuscripts, photographs and other material relating to the history of U.S. education abroad from its beginnings until and including the 1990s, and MyWorldAbroad's publisher and founder, Jean-Marc Hachey, is thrilled to now be able to make a significant contribution to the collection. Recently, he made a donation of over 100 education publications from the 1980s and 1990s to the Forum's Special Collection. We hope the books come to great use at the Forum!
Generation Study Abroad (GSA) is an important five-year campaign recently undertaken by the Institute of International Education (IIE).
