[ID:0516]So you and your family have just returned from a four-year posting in Islamabad, Pakistan. Or you're arrive in Dallas after a two-month vacation in South Asia. It now dawns on you that you face a whole new job search process. What a daunting task! Where do you begin?

This section will advise “returnees” (those recently returned from long-term assignments abroad) on how to conduct their non-international job search. The focus will be on adjusting to the domestic job scene after a long stint abroad. Re-entry concerns, the new international skills you acquired, how to search for a job with employers who have no international experience will be discussed.
